Eligible Businesses Can Receive a 55% PA Tax Credit

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank utilizes Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits to encourage corporate financial and food donors to make generous gifts to the Food Bank. This special partnership is critical to the Food Bank since donations leveraging this program enhance the Food Bank’s ability to serve our neighbors who are experiencing hunger and donors receive a 55% tax credit. Central Pennsylvania Food Bank is distributing nutritious food at a record-high level right now, even above the previous pandemic highs of mid-2020. Currently, we’re serving 202,000 individuals each month. With rising costs stressing neighbors’ budgets and making groceries, transportation, medical care, and other household necessities more expensive, the demand for food assistance is growing in every community we serve.

Participation is an easy 3 step process

Donors are eligible to receive this tax credit for gifts received by the Food Bank during the fiscal year, defined as July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
